Julia, a native of Dresden, built her foundation in the world of corporate finance and restructuring. At a leading management consultancy, she proved that she can not only analyze complex transformations but also implement them successfully.

Her particular strength is her role as the team’s “future and innovation lens.” She combines her deep understanding of the reality of medium-sized businesses with a natural affinity for modern topics like AI and digital business models. This unique combination allows her to develop pragmatic solutions for today’s problems while simultaneously laying the foundation for tomorrow’s success. Her analytical clarity and innovative thinking are the engine for Ursares’ “Corporate Evolution” strategies.

Alexander, gebürtig aus Stuttgart, hat seine Expertise in München bei einer führenden Beteiligungsgesellschaft für den Mittelstand aufgebaut. Dort war er nicht nur für den Kauf von Unternehmen zuständig, sondern übernahm anschließend auch aktiv die operative Führungsverantwortung in den Portfoliofirmen.

Diese seltene Doppelperspektive – die des Investors und die des operativen Machers – ermöglicht ihm, die Herausforderungen und Potenziale eines Unternehmens aus allen Blickwinkeln zu verstehen. Durch seine langjährige Tätigkeit ist er im deutschen Mittelstand und in der Finanzszene exzellent vernetzt. Seine Hands-on-Mentalität und sein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Unternehmern prägen den Umsetzungsfokus von Ursares.
